The Quick Way Of Minimizing Dark Circles

Hey girls!!!
 Are you suffering from drak circles around your eyes??? Then this post is definitely for you. Dark circles makes up look tired and older.



Ever wonder why you get them???

Causes:

  • Heredity is the primary cause of dark cirlces. yes it is!!! The gene related to dark circles are actually the gene that causes weakend the capillaries in the skin around the eyes.So the one born with thinner skin under the eyes, are more likely to have dark circles.
  • Exposure to the sun can worsen your dark circles. Sunlight darkens your skin by producing melanin. These boosted melanin causes your dark circles to look darker
  • Lack of sleep doesnt cause dark circles. But lake of sleep,fatigue or illness causes your skin pale,which emphasizes your dark circle. 
  • Ageing is also the cause of dark circles as it causes skin to become thin and transparent.
  • Allergies is also connected to dark circles. This is a fact. Allergies causes eye to become itchy and rubbing them or area around eyes causes tiny vessels to damage and darken the dark circles.
  • Iron Defficiency!!! This problem is more dominant for women during special times of the month.
  • Lack of vitamins and unbalanced diet can cause dark circles.

Cure :

  • Get you beauty sleep. It usually 7-9 hrs per night. but varies from person to person and time to time. Try to get that amount regularly for couple of weeks to see if that helps. reduce your stress to help you sleep more
  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins and drink plenty of water... Reduce salt intake,it causes puffiness under the eyes.
  • Stop smoking NOW!!
  • Slice cucumber in to thick slices and place them on both eyes,extending over the darkened areas. Do this daily,for like 10-15 mint.It will reduce the puffiness and refresh the skin around eyes.
  • Apply cool tea bags or an ice wrapped in a soft cloth on the eyes. Avoid apply ice directly on eyes.
  • Put a spoon for 10-15 mint in freezer. Take it out and cover the circle with it.Hold it there until the spoon gets warm
  • Apply an eye cream containing vitamin K and retinol
  • Use a concelear to cover the dark circles.

Exercise:

  • In morning,while on your bed, rubb both your palms with each other until they feel warm. Close your eyes and cover them with your palms. Avoid applying pressure on the eyeballs. After 1-2mint remove palms and rub them again. repeat the process for 3 times.
  • Close your eyes tightly for 3-5 sec,then open them for 3-5 sec. Repaet the process for 7-8 times
  • Close your eyes and massage them lightly in cicular motion.

Tips:

  • Avoid rubbing your eyes.
  • Wear  Dark Sunglasses to protect your skin from sun damage
  • Drink Water
  • Make sure you dont drink too much fluids before bedtime.

  1. excellent article! very useful tips above! I also suffered from dark circles under my eyes a few years ago. Eventually, I tried a Toronto blepharoplasty procedure and so I got rid of these dark circles. Now, I'm looking younger and more attractive. I recommend this treatment!
